Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat pigmented and vascular lesions. It treats both red/brown age spots, rosacea, freckles, sun damage and facial spider veins.
Lumecca can be used on most areas of the body. The most common areas of treatment are zones that are regularly exposed to the sun. Typically the face, neck, décolletage, legs, hands and arms.
You will need to avoid direct, excessive sun exposure or tanning one month prior to treatment.
Typically 3 treatment sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart for the best results.
Results can be seen in a few days after your first session. The skin will continue to look younger and improve over time with most visible results after 1-2 weeks.
